Business Continuity Plan and Market Update

As a valued client, your peace of mind is of utmost importance to us. With regular updates about COVID-19 in the news and increasing reports of confirmed cases, we want to stay vigilant and proactive in our communications with you.

RCG’s Business Continuity Plan

As Floridians, we’re no strangers to contingency plans. We have a tested business continuity plan in place to ensure that you continue to receive the best service possible during periods of uncertainty. We have also equipped our employees with the technology necessary to allow them to work remotely should circumstances call for it.

RCG has many clients who live throughout the United States. In order to meet the needs of those clients, as well as local clients who are unable to attend in-person meetings, we have various technologies that allow us to hold meetings virtually or by phone.

We will continue to monitor information from the Centers for Disease Control and local health officials to guide our decisions. Based on current CDC recommendations, we are still holding in-office meetings. If you are hesitant to visit our offices, we will gladly make accommodations to ensure that you have access to your advisor to discuss your plan.

Market Update

We are likely to see continued volatility in the market as uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, the presidential election, and oil production persists. The chart below demonstrates that the stock market moves in cycles with periods of contractions followed by periods of expansions. No one can predict market declines or recoveries with certainty.
