Resource Consulting Group was recently named one of the 2020 Best Places to Work by the Orlando Business Journal.
The competition judges companies based on the results of an employee survey administered by Quantum Market Research. 90% of employees must participate in the survey to be considered eligible. The survey evaluates factors such as employee retention, manager effectiveness, work engagement and more. Only organizations with 10 or more employees in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia or Brevard counties were eligible to participate.
This year, 56 companies were honored in recognition of their ability to create a top-notch work environment for employees in Central Florida. RCG ranked #10 amongst Micro Companies (those with 10-24 eligible employees). This is the seventh consecutive year that RCG has made the list.
