Brenda Shofner

Brenda joined Resource Consulting Group in August 2012 as a client service specialist and brings over 29 years of client service and supervisory experience in the financial services industry. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida and obtained her Registered Paraplanner^® designation in 2013.

Brenda is dedicated to providing reliable client service and driving operational excellence. She strives to serve clients with care, a commitment to quality, and a focus on creating meaningful, long-term relationships built on trust and consistent service.

Outside of work, Brenda enjoys being active, traveling, reading, and spending time with loved ones.

Personal Thoughts

Growing up in a military family taught me the importance of service, commitment, and responsibility. My father served in the Navy, my stepfather in the Army, and my mother dedicated her career to the Navy base. Their example showed me that true dedication is expressed through consistent actions and unwavering commitment.

I bring those lessons into my work every day. My priority is to ensure clients feel supported and valued, knowing their needs are met with care and consistency. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and deliver an experience that reflects the same sense of purpose and reliability I learned from my family.
