Kattia Roedel

Kattia joined Resource Consulting Group in February of 2015 as a client service specialist and currently holds the title of senior client service specialist. She graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in business–finance and earned an MBA from Stetson University at the age of 22.

Kattia has 15 years of experience in client services, including previous work with Franklin Financial Planning and Pershing, LLC in Orlando. In her spare time, Kattia enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures.

I keep this quote in mind whenever embarking on a new mission, whether it be mundane or extraordinary in nature. It serves as a reminder to take extra care to avoid shortcuts or the easy way out of a challenging situation. Often, it is going that “extra mile” that makes all the difference in the outcome of the matter at hand. Taking one’s time to dot every ‘i’ and cross every ‘t’ over time instills a penchant for detail and ensures that what you are ultimately producing is its best possible rendition.

Practically speaking, we may not be able to achieve perfection, but we can certainly continuously strive to do so. That margin between perfection and its near approximation is where excellence thrives and where I aim to operate, both personally and professionally. Even when falling short of this target, the work ethic that it builds over time is what keeps me on track to achieve goals both for myself personally, and professionally for our clients. I feel that the pursuit of excellence is engrained in the fabric and culture of the RCG family and is an integral part of what allows us to operate as an effective team to provide high-touch service and results for our clients.
