Roxanne Chambers

Roxanne earned a bachelor’s degree in management and economics from The University of the West Indies and an MBA in finance and accounting from New York University. She has considerable experience in securities operations from well-known financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, and BNY Mellon. Her background includes client service, cash management, onboarding, trade settlement, and account reconciliation.

Outside of the office, Roxanne tutors students in mathematics and English, and enjoys traveling, baking, and solving puzzles.

Personal Thoughts

My journey from the vibrant island of Jamaica to the bustling metropolis of New York City and later to Orlando has shaped my worldview and professional ethos. Guided by three enduring mottoes, I have cultivated a deep respect for diversity, resilience, and perseverance—principles that inform both my personal and professional life.

The first motto, Jamaica’s national creed, “Out of many, one people,” reflects my commitment to inclusion and collaboration. I believe every voice matters, and that strength emerges when diverse perspectives unite to create meaningful change.

The second, Jamaica’s unofficial motto—“We’re small, but we’re powerful”—inspires me to transform limitations into opportunities. I strive to maximize resources and leverage individual talents to leave a lasting impact.

Finally, my high school’s motto, “Ad astra per aspera”—through difficulties to excellence—underscores my belief that perseverance is the cornerstone of success. Challenges are not setbacks but stepping stones to growth and achievement.

These guiding principles shape how I approach every interaction: with empathy, determination, and a commitment to excellence. I look forward to applying these same principles to help our clients live their ideal lives.
